Did this on a young lady today and I have to say, she sat like a champ! The foot is no joke and for those of you that I have tattooed, you know I am fairly heavy handed. But other than a few twitches (do to her nerves simply doing what they do) she didn't move once and didn't complain, one word: Gangster! Thank you again, Jessica.
Eddie's 7/10 sleeve is all but finished. Really very happy with how this turned out. I tried out a new camera to try and take a good photo and, well, no dice! I have promised myself this year that I am going to learn how to take a good photo even if it kills me! (well not so much to that extent, but you get the point) Anyways, I believe he will be gone for about a month for further training in his job and he will be back for what I hope will be better photos and then onto the other arm. I cant wait, he has some great ideas for that one! Thanks again Eddie, it's been fun!
Got more work in on Matt's the other day. I f eel it is really coming together. Decided to change things up a bit and do some weird dot fade thingy ma-jigs in the shark (who I was inspired to do so by a Mr. Mike Rubendall, who I had the honor of meeting a few years back before I was even tattooing at a convention. If you don't know who this man is, well you will be blown away to say the least. He is an incredible artist and blows many of us tattooers out of the water any day of the week. He current owns Kings Avenue Tattoo. Check him and the artist's there out-awesome!) Anyways, on to the tattoo at hand. I think we'll be on to the inside of the arm next session for another mellow one to dial in the ship with all it's little details and what not. Should be fun!
